What to Expect

Anesthesia – Facial fat transfer is usually performed using a local anesthetic with IV sedation.
In/Outpatient – Fat grafting is generally performed on an out-patient basis, in our accredited on-site surgery center.
Recovery – The amount of fat transferred and may cause the length of time to vary. Your occupation may also impact when you can return to work. On average, patients usually recover in 1 week for the largest transfers.
