This patient requested improving her overly projected nasal tip and wide nostrils. This case required a closed rhinoplasty with the insertion of a nasal implant to raise the bridge of the nose and reduce the size of the nostril openings. The after photos were taken 6 months after surgery. The surgery was performed by William Sabbagh, M.D. as an out-patient in the Straith Clinic accredited operating room suite under I.V. sedation.
