Chin implant surgery along with a neck lift procedure dramatically changed this patients profile and front view appearance. When a receding chin is too extensive for a chin implant, often surgeons will recommend mandibular bone advancement first, then a chin implant if necessary. This patient had only a chin implant and neck lift.
