This patient had significant saggy neck muscle bands, skin laxity, and fatty excess. A face lift which included tightening of the neck muscle bands and excess skin, Endobrow, & lower eyelid lift was performed. These combined procedures improved her neck profile and facial appearance. A TCA peel of the area around the mouth was also perform to improve the fine wrinkles.
