About Plymouth, MI

Plymouth is a city in Wayne County and is a suburb of Detroit in eastern Michigan. It’s only 27 miles northwest of downtown Detroit and 18 miles northeast of Ann Arbor. It has a population of around 9,000 people and a median income of around $111,000. Plymouth is most well-known for its walkable downtown area with Kellogg Park at its center. The area includes 75 different shops and restaurants. The city also hosts the annual Plymouth Ice Spectacular, North America’s oldest and largest ice carving festival, and the Plymouth Ice Festival. Plymouth is also where you can find The Penn Theatre, Hines Park, Maybury State Park,  and the USA Hockey Arena.
