This patient is post child bearing who lost breast volume resulting in looseness of the skin. She was an A cup and wanted to be a full B or C cup which will be proportionate to her body frame. 300 cc filled to 315 cc breast implants were inserted to give her the desired size. Dr. Sabbagh most often places the implants under the muscle.
