These before and after photos show a patient who was concerned about the fine superficial wrinkles and brown spots on her face. A TCA (trichloroacetic) chemical peel solution was applied under IV sedation by William Sabbagh, M.D., at the Straith Clinic. An additional spot application was applied in the office after 6 weeks without any sedation. Larger, deeper wrinkles are not affected by a TCA peel. Photos were taken more than 6 months after the procedure.
