This patient has jaw line asymmetry which was somewhat smaller on the left than the right. She is not interested in having any form of surgery on her jaw bone. She just wanted to improve the appearance of her jaw and neck region as well as her eyes. A face lift that included removal of excess neck skin and fat, a chin implant, and upper and lower eyelid lift was performed to improve her face and neck area.
