This patient, in her late teens, was concerned about the appearance of her nose after previous nasal surgery done elsewhere the prior year. An open complete rhinoplasty and narrowing of the nostrils with a septoplasty was performed. William Sabbagh's goal was to address the patient's concerns while maintaining a natural look. This surgery was performed in the Straith Clinic accredited operating room suite under I.V. sedation. The after photos shown were taken 6 months following surgery.
