These before and after photos are of a patient who had an open rhinoplasty and septum straightening to improve the appearance of her nose and breathing difficulty. The after photos shown were taken approximately one year after the procedure. The patient requested a secondary procedure to shorten her nose further which was later performed. In most instances, performing secondary procedures to remedy minor irregularities are performed one year after the primary surgery.
