This early twenties patient was concerned about the bump on her nose. A closed rhinoplasty (incisions on the inside of the nose) with a conservative tip reduction was performed per the patient's request. These after photos were taken 3 months after the surgery. Normally, photos are taken 6 months after surgery which is more representative of the final result. Swelling will continue to diminish over the next year. The surgery was performed by William Sabbagh, M.D. in the Straith Clinic accredited operating room suite under I.V. sedation.
