This teen was concerned with the bump on the bridge of her nose and breathing difficulty. Internally, her septum was deviated which is typical of past trauma to the nose. An open rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) was performed. The after photos were taken 5 weeks after surgery. Normally, photos are taken 6 months after surgery to represent the final result because swelling will continue to diminish over the next year. Surgery was performed by William Sabbagh, M.D.
