These before and after photos are of a young woman who was interested in improving the appearance of her nose. By performing an open rhinoplasty, the significantly overhanging tip was lifted to a more pleasing position. Additional improvements at the same time such as narrowing her nostrils and improving her breathing was accomplished at the same time. The after photos were taken approximately 7 months following surgery. William Sabbagh, M.D. prefers to use I.V sedation instead of general anesthesia. The surgery was performed at the Straith Clinic accredited operating room suite for the patients comfort and cost effectiveness.
