This case represents an overly projected nasal bridge with other irregularities that required an open rhinoplasty and septoplasty. These procedures enhanced the appearance of her nose and improved her breathing difficulties. This surgery was performed by William Sabbagh, M.D., as an outpatient in the Straith Clinic accredited operating room suite under IV sedation. The after photos were taken 5 months following surgery.
